Please note that it is made of prominent telangiectatic vessels and <span class=\"term\" data-term-id=\"607\">extravasation<\/span> of <span class=\"term\" data-term-id=\"696\">erythrocytes<\/span> in the case illustrated here (Figures 3 and 4). the <span class=\"term\" data-term-id=\"422\">lymphocytic<\/span> the population is made up of a series of large CD30-positives <span class=\"term\" data-term-id=\"421\">lymphocytes<\/span> (Figure 5). The mixture of cells forms a spectrum.<\/p>\n<p>Type A: scattered or <span class=\"term\" data-term-id=\"116\">grouped<\/span> large positive CD30 lymphocytes (Figure 6) in a context of <span class=\"term\" data-term-id=\"448\">eosinophils<\/span> and <span class=\"term\" data-term-id=\"196\"><span class=\"term\" data-term-id=\"442\">neutrophils<\/span><\/span>.<\/p>\n<p>Type B: A population of small lymphocytes can be seen with <span class=\"term\" data-term-id=\"86\">epidermotropism<\/span>. Typically <span class=\"term\" data-term-id=\"289\">tumor<\/span> cells are CD4 +, but CD8 + and CD56 + variants have been described. TIA-1, perforin, and granzyme-B are expressed while ALK-1 is negative.<\/p>\n<p>The expression of fascinates may indicate an increased risk of secondary malignancies.<\/p>\n<div id=\"square-placement-country-holder\" class=\"country-dependent advert\">\n<div class=\"box-placement square-placement\">\n<div class=\"advert__frame\">\n<div id=\"dermnet-dermnet-mobbox\">\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Diagnostico-diferencial-de-papulosis-linfomatoide\"><\/span>\n<span class=\"term\" data-term-id=\"813\">Differential diagnosis<\/span> lymphomatoid papulosis<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Primary cutaneous anaplastic cutaneous lymphoma: This tumor presents clinically in differential form as a large solitary ulcerated tumor. Strictly by definition, the&gt; 75% of tumor cells must stain CD30 positive.
