Often there are conspicuous <span class=\"term\" data-term-id=\"448\">eosinophils<\/span>. <span class=\"term\" data-term-id=\"142\">Immunofluorescence<\/span> It is very useful in this early phase.<\/p>\n<p>Established blister: the blister is subepidermal and contains <span class=\"term\" data-term-id=\"850\">fibrin<\/span> and large amounts of <span class=\"term\" data-term-id=\"490\">inflammatory<\/span> cells including eosinophils (Figures 2, 3). Indirect split skin immunofluorescence studies are generally not required, but may be useful in rare cases when aquisite epidermolysis bullosa is suspected.<\/p>\n<div id=\"square-placement-country-holder\" class=\"country-dependent advert\">\n<div class=\"box-placement square-placement\">\n<div class=\"advert__frame\">\n<div id=\"dermnet-dermnet-mobbox\">\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Diagnostico-diferencial-de-penfigoide-ampolloso\"><\/span>\n<span class=\"term\" data-term-id=\"813\">Differential diagnosis<\/span> bullous pemphigoid<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span class=\"term\" data-term-id=\"53\">Dermatitis<\/span> herpetiform <span class=\"term\" data-term-id=\"441\">Neutrophils<\/span> papillary dermal <span class=\"term\" data-term-id=\"1454\">microabscesses<\/span> seen in dermatitis herpetiformis, it is not usually present in bullous pemphigoid, but it can be present in some variants. Direct immunofluorescence shows granular deposition of IgA.<\/p>\n<p>Linear IgA disease: formation of subepidermal blisters with IgA deposition of linear basement membrane in direct immunofluorescence.<\/p>\n<p>Epidermolysis bullosa aquisita shows subepidermal <span class=\"term\" data-term-id=\"499\">bullas<\/span> with linear IgG \/ C3 deposition, however, indirect immunofluorescence in these conditions reveals positivity in the divided skin floor, whereas bullous pemphigoid has positivity in the <span class=\"term\" data-term-id=\"846\">epidermal<\/span> side.<\/p>\n<p>Other causes of subepidermal blisters include epidermolysis bullosa, porphyria delays cutanea, and amyloidosis bullosa.<\/p>\n<\/section>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Bulloso el penfigoide es el m\u00e1s com\u00fan autoinmune dermatosis presentando con cultivos de tiempo prurito ampollas, a menudo en adultos mayores.
