Necrosis and <span class=\"term\" data-term-id=\"349\">acute<\/span> <span class=\"term\" data-term-id=\"269\">spongiosis<\/span> they often accompany the balloon (figure 2). The intranuclear <span class=\"term\" data-term-id=\"1832\">inclusions<\/span> They are <span class=\"term\" data-term-id=\"449\">eosinophilic<\/span> and it can be extremely difficult to find (figure 3, arrow).
