The tumor is made up of a <span class=\"term\" data-term-id=\"1769\">diffuse<\/span> dense <span class=\"term\" data-term-id=\"446\">basophilic<\/span> <span class=\"term\" data-term-id=\"956\">cellular<\/span> <span class=\"term\" data-term-id=\"893\">proliferation<\/span> (Figures 1 and 2). In some cases, a prominent <span class=\"term\" data-term-id=\"753\">vascular<\/span> you can see the component (Figures 2 and 3). <span class=\"term\" data-term-id=\"449\">Eosinophilic<\/span> <span class=\"term\" data-term-id=\"1602\">hyaline<\/span> The deposits are seen between the tumor cells as drops and bands (Figure 4). Tumors with overlapping features can be seen with eccrine spiradenoma.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Diagnostico-diferencial-de-la-patologia-del-espiradenoma-ecrino\"><\/span>\n<span class=\"term\" data-term-id=\"813\">Differential diagnosis<\/span> of the pathology of eccrine spiradenoma<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Cylindroma: In this tumor, the low power view shows <span class=\"term\" data-term-id=\"66\">discreet<\/span> <span class=\"term\" data-term-id=\"237\">polygonal<\/span> Tumor islands. There is often a more prominent S100 positive population. <span class=\"term\" data-term-id=\"51\">dendritic cells<\/span> while in the eccrine spiradenoma there is a lymphocytic infiltrate.<\/p>\n<p>Spiradenocylindroma: Some tumor characteristics of both the cylindroma and the eccrine spiradenoma can be seen and are designated as overlapping tumors.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"term\" data-term-id=\"47\">Cutaneous<\/span> Lymphadenoma: in this tumor there is a lobular tumor of <span class=\"term\" data-term-id=\"1654\">basaloid<\/span> cells that can show <span class=\"term\" data-term-id=\"1374\">peripheral<\/span> palisade, and a dense mixture <span class=\"term\" data-term-id=\"490\">inflammatory<\/span> cell infiltrate although predominantly lymphocytic.<\/p>\n<\/section>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Introducci\u00f3n Este distintivo tumor es un anexa tumor argument\u00f3 que surge de la apocrina o ecrino bobina secretora o conducto en espiral.
