Has many similarities with angiolymphoids <span class=\"term\" data-term-id=\"136\">hyperplasia<\/span> with <span class=\"term\" data-term-id=\"83\">eosinophilia<\/span> and some authors believe that they are the same entity. Although <span class=\"term\" data-term-id=\"448\">eosinophils<\/span> they are often rich in injury, <span class=\"term\" data-term-id=\"1374\">peripheral<\/span> Eosinophilia is not a feature. <\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Histologia-de-epitelioide-hemangioma\"><\/span>\n<span class=\"term\" data-term-id=\"128\">Histology<\/span> epithelioid <span class=\"term\" data-term-id=\"360\">hemangioma<\/span><br \/>\n<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>In epithelioid hemangioma, <span class=\"term\" data-term-id=\"1420\">histopathologically<\/span> there&#039;s a <span class=\"term\" data-term-id=\"893\">proliferation<\/span> of <span class=\"term\" data-term-id=\"953\">blood vessels<\/span> with epithelioid <span class=\"term\" data-term-id=\"758\">endothelial<\/span> cells (Figures 1,2). Endothelial cells are thick and abundant. <span class=\"term\" data-term-id=\"449\">eosinophilic<\/span> <span class=\"term\" data-term-id=\"838\">cytoplasm<\/span> sometimes it resembles <span class=\"term\" data-term-id=\"858\">histiocytes<\/span> (Best seen in figure 2.) Because the endothelial cells are so thick, it is sometimes difficult to appreciate the vascular spaces and <span class=\"term\" data-term-id=\"1449\">aggregates<\/span> it may look like <span class=\"term\" data-term-id=\"1718\">granulomas<\/span>. Immunohistochemical markers for CD31, CD34 may be useful in highlighting endothelial cells and the general architecture of the lesion.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Diagnostico-diferencial-para-elastofibroma\"><\/span>\n<span class=\"term\" data-term-id=\"813\">Differential diagnosis<\/span> for elastofibroma<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Angiolymphoid hyperplasia with eosinophilia (ALHE): Some authorities believe that it is the same entity. However, in contrast to ALHE, epithelioid hemangioma can affect any part of the body and involve deep <span class=\"term\" data-term-id=\"1183\">Soft fabric<\/span> and bone. Epithelioid hemangioma is generally an isolated lesion where ALHE often occurs in multiplicity. <\/p>\n<p>Angiosarcoma: Angiosarcoma usually shows greater <span class=\"term\" data-term-id=\"1612\">nuclear<\/span> <span class=\"term\" data-term-id=\"1305\">atypia<\/span> and a <span class=\"term\" data-term-id=\"612\">invader<\/span> growth pattern<\/p>\n<p>Kimura disease: generally Asian with elevation <span class=\"term\" data-term-id=\"1430\">serum<\/span> eosinophils and IgE, usually regional <span class=\"term\" data-term-id=\"503\">lymphadenopathy<\/span><\/p>\n<\/section>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Introducci\u00f3n Epitelioide el hemangioma es un benigno vascular lesi\u00f3n de la piel o estructuras m\u00e1s profundas (hueso).
