\u00e0 l&#039;ob\u00e9sit\u00e9 et \u00e0 une augmentation des hormones telles que la prolactine et les \u0153strog\u00e8nes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L&#039;augmentation de la taille des seins est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement associ\u00e9e \u00e0 un d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibre entre les \u0153strog\u00e8nes (l&#039;hormone f\u00e9minine) et la testost\u00e9rone (l&#039;hormone masculine).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La gyn\u00e9comastie chez les patients en surpoids est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement associ\u00e9e \u00e0 une st\u00e9atose h\u00e9patique, une augmentation de l&#039;acide urique et des triglyc\u00e9rides.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L&#039;homme adulte a g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement un ventre et des jambes minces. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les patients avec un ventre pro\u00e9minent ont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement beaucoup de graisse intra-abdominale qui favorise l&#039;augmentation des niveaux d&#039;insuline, ce qui semble avoir pour effet de convertir la testost\u00e9rone en \u0153strog\u00e8nes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Une diminution de la testost\u00e9rone sanguine et une augmentation des \u0153strog\u00e8nes provoquent une gyn\u00e9comastie, diminuent la masse musculaire, diminuent le d\u00e9sir sexuel et le nombre de spermatozo\u00efdes.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Presque tous les hommes atteints de gyn\u00e9comastie ont une faible insuline et une faible r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la testost\u00e9rone.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les \u00e9tudes qui doivent \u00eatre demand\u00e9es \u00e0 un patient atteint de gyn\u00e9comastie sont les suivantes:<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Num\u00e9ration sanguine compl\u00e8te, glyc\u00e9mie, ur\u00e9mie, lipidogramme complet, taux hormonaux dans le sang, \u00e9chographie et mammographie.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"%C2%BFComo-es-el-tratamiento-de-ginecomastia\"><\/span>Comment est le traitement de la gyn\u00e9comastie?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le Dr Ricardo Hoogstra effectue un traitement complet chez le patient atteint de gyn\u00e9comastie et \/ ou de tissu adipeux en exc\u00e8s dans la r\u00e9gion thoracique qui comprend une \u00e9ducation nutritionnelle, une activit\u00e9 physique quotidienne minimale et une lipomod\u00e9lisation par laser des d\u00e9p\u00f4ts graisseux dans la poitrine et l&#039;abdomen.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Chez certains patients avec des seins tr\u00e8s glandulaires, il est n\u00e9cessaire de retirer chirurgicalement la glande par une incision p\u00e9riar\u00e9olaire et de l&#039;envoyer pour une \u00e9tude histopathologique.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ce traitement conduit \u00e0 une meilleure qualit\u00e9 de vie, le patient a non seulement une meilleure apparence, mais se sent \u00e9galement mieux.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L&#039;ablation chirurgicale du tissu glandulaire, la r\u00e9duction des d\u00e9p\u00f4ts graisseux localis\u00e9s dans la poitrine et
