Il existe deux formes cliniques:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">St\u00e9atocystome solitaire ou simple, l\u00e9sion unique, sans tendance h\u00e9r\u00e9ditaire.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">St\u00e9atocystome multiple ou s\u00e9bocystomatose, caract\u00e9ris\u00e9 par la pr\u00e9sence de nombreux st\u00e9atocystomes dans une seule ou dans diff\u00e9rentes zones du corps.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le st\u00e9atocystome multiple ou la s\u00e9bocystomatose affecte \u00e9galement les deux sexes. Elle peut survenir sporadiquement (dans la plupart des cas) ou \u00eatre h\u00e9rit\u00e9e selon un sch\u00e9ma autosomique dominant. Chez certains patients, les l\u00e9sions deviennent \u00e9videntes peu de temps apr\u00e8s la naissance, augmentant en nombre et en taille pendant la pubert\u00e9 et jusqu&#039;\u00e0 l&#039;\u00e2ge adulte, date \u00e0 partir de laquelle elles restent stables. Cela pourrait sugg\u00e9rer un stimulus androg\u00e8ne.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L&#039;\u00e9tude histopathologique des st\u00e9atocystomes montre des cavit\u00e9s kystiques situ\u00e9es dans le derme moyen, avec une \u00e9paisse paroi d&#039;\u00e9pith\u00e9lium squameux de 2 \u00e0 8 couches de cellules, sans couche granulaire, qui k\u00e9ratinise de la m\u00eame mani\u00e8re que le conduit s\u00e9bac\u00e9 normal, r\u00e9sultant en une cuticule \u00e9osinophile acellulaire \u00e9paisse, ondul\u00e9e, pro\u00e9minente avec de fines spicules vers la lumi\u00e8re. La caract\u00e9ristique histologique la plus typique, bien que non essentielle, est la d\u00e9couverte de glandes s\u00e9bac\u00e9es, de lobules s\u00e9bac\u00e9s, de s\u00e9bocytes isol\u00e9s ou d&#039;\u00e9l\u00e9ments s\u00e9bac\u00e9s atrophiques dans les parois des kystes.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les kystes sont compl\u00e8tement ferm\u00e9s, ne communiquent pas avec l&#039;ext\u00e9rieur ou s&#039;ouvrent \u00e0 l&#039;int\u00e9rieur des follicules pileux. Son contenu est repr\u00e9sent\u00e9 par des corn\u00e9ocytes \u00e9cailleux, du suif et des tiges pileuses.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Tratamiento-de-Esteatocistoma-multiple-o-sebocistomatosis\"><\/span>Traitement du st\u00e9atocystome multiple ou de la s\u00e9bocystomatose<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le st\u00e9atocystome multiple, dans l&#039;une de ses variantes cliniques, repr\u00e9sente un v\u00e9ritable d\u00e9fi th\u00e9rapeutique. Les l\u00e9sions \u00e9tant b\u00e9nignes et asymptomatiques, l&#039;objectif principal est d&#039;am\u00e9liorer l&#039;apparence des l\u00e9sions, en laissant une cicatrice minimale et en \u00e9vitant les r\u00e9cidives. L&#039;incision et le drainage des kystes, ou l&#039;\u00e9limination compl\u00e8te des kystes, sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement les traitements de choix.
