Au toucher, cette zone, de la taille d&#039;une pi\u00e8ce de 25 cents, semble un peu plus rugueuse. Lorsqu&#039;il est directement stimul\u00e9, il augmente en taille. De cette fa\u00e7on, ce tissu &quot;\u00e9rectile&quot; devient localisable au toucher, semblable aux corps caverneux du p\u00e9nis chez l&#039;homme.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La zone rugueuse d\u00e9crite par le Dr Grafenberg n&#039;est pas si facilement palpable chez toutes les femmes, mais la plupart ont une plus grande sensibilit\u00e9 dans la paroi ant\u00e9rieure du vagin.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le point G change au fil des ans et de nombreuses femmes remarquent une perte de sensibilit\u00e9. Pendant la p\u00e9rim\u00e9nopause, une atrophie de la muqueuse vaginale se produit et la rugosit\u00e9 caract\u00e9ristique de la zone est perdue, ce qui rend plus difficile l&#039;individualisation de la zone.
