Une inspection plus approfondie identifie le mat\u00e9riel en cours de traitement <span class=\"term\" data-term-id=\"287\">trans\u00e9pidermique<\/span> \u00e9limination (figure 2). Il s&#039;agit d&#039;un ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne secondaire que l&#039;on retrouve fr\u00e9quemment dans les blessures des <span class=\"term\" data-term-id=\"243\">prurigo<\/span> nodularis De vastes zones de <span class=\"term\" data-term-id=\"846\">\u00e9pidermique<\/span> \u00e9rosion avec <span class=\"term\" data-term-id=\"1351\">adjacent<\/span> \u00e9pidermique <span class=\"term\" data-term-id=\"136\">hyperplasie<\/span> et orient\u00e9 verticalement <span class=\"term\" data-term-id=\"52\">dermique<\/span> <span class=\"term\" data-term-id=\"102\">fibrose<\/span> indiquant <span class=\"term\" data-term-id=\"319\">chronique<\/span> Le prurigo est un indice de la cause sous-jacente. De plus, les fibres extrud\u00e9es sont du collag\u00e8ne et seront n\u00e9gatives avec la coloration EVG.<\/p>\n<p>Maladie de Kyrle : Dans cette pathologie, la mati\u00e8re \u00ab perfor\u00e9e \u00bb est strictement un r\u00e9sidu inflammatoire du derme et non du collag\u00e8ne ou du tissu \u00e9lastique.
