Hiperpigmented lesion produced by iron injection, treated with Helios N D Yag Laser.
The dark spots produced by the injection of iron are cosmetically unaccepted for the patients.

To date no effective treatment for whitening or removal of hyperpigmentation caused by Iron.

We present a retrospective study of patients attending our centers presenting circumscribed hyperpigmentation in posterior gluteal for intramuscular injection of iron.
These patients were treated with Laser Nd : YAG Q swicheado HELIOS.

The number of sessions required laser was 3 and 15.
Clinical improvement after 2 ± 4 sessions was the most impressive.

The region treaty does not present any adverse effects.

We conclude the Laser Helios is a safe and effective tool in addressing hyperpigmentation after iron injection.
