Histological findings of inflammatory carcinoma is distinctive with the statement of tightly packed malignant cells within deep and superficial surfaces lymphatic without the pathological evidence of acute inflammation, as neutrophils, although the lesions appear clinically red and inflamed. Dermal lymphatic invasion is considered the hallmark of the EC. 8
