Introduction
Angiolipoma it's a relatively common benign subcutaneous injury. They often occur in multiplicity. Of course genetic abnormality has been found, many believe it is best to consider hamartoma instead of a real neoplasm.
Histology angiolipoma
Sections through the angiolipoma show un septate fat with peripheral small conger eels capillaries (Figure 1). Some of the capillaries are covered with fibrin thrombi (figure 2).
Sometimes they're just weird adipocytes mixed with numerous capillaries (“cellular angiolipoma ").

Special studies for angiolipoma.
Generally none is needed.
Differential diagnosis angiolipoma pathology
Cellular injuries and angiolipomas with massive intravascular thrombosis can be mistaken for rarer vascular lesions (such as kaposiform hemangioendothelioma).
