Acantolysis
Acantolysis is the separation of keratinocytes within epidermis due to loss of accession between keratinocytes. Acantholysis occurs due to failure of the integrity of the intercellular /intraepidermal Cell junctions. This leads to separation of the epithelial cells with swelling of the epithelial cells ("balloon degeneration"). Acantolytic dyskeratosis

Apoptosis

Atrophy

Basement membrane

Epidermis

Exocytosis

Hyalinization collagen

Inflammation

Neoplasm
